These terms cover your use of meethealth.org and the files we publish on it. Meethealth Labs (“Meethealth”, “we”) is part of, and owned by, Vind. Datasets and services we deliver under contract are governed by that contract instead.

Using this site
By using meethealth.org you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content through the contact form.
Not medical advice
Everything on this site, including example records, research reports, and the sample package, describes synthetic data and the behaviour of AI models. None of it is medical or nutritional advice, and none of it should be used to make decisions about the care of any real person.
The sample package
The files under /sample are provided so you can evaluate our data format and quality process. You may download, inspect, and use them internally for that evaluation, and quote statistics or short excerpts with attribution to Meethealth. You may not:
- use them, or anything derived from them, in clinical care, a medical device, or any product making a health claim;
- present their content as authored or reviewed by a clinician;
- redistribute them as a dataset or remove their provenance fields.
Plan text in the sample was generated by third-party models, and your use may also be subject to those providers' terms. Training or commercial use of any Meethealth data requires a written licence.
Research, figures, and descriptions
We work to keep figures accurate and to state how each was produced. Research reports describe audits of synthetic data, have not been peer reviewed unless stated, and may be revised. Dataset descriptions show current status and are not an offer; availability, volumes, review coverage, and terms are confirmed in writing for each engagement.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, and published files belong to Vind, Meethealth Labs, or their licensors. Except as allowed above or by law, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

We link to sites we don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and its files are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or clinical validity. To the extent permitted by law, Meethealth and Vind are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its files, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Changes
