# Meethealth sample package v1

Files:

- `meethealth-sample-v1.jsonl` — 20 records, one JSON object per line.
- `schema.json` — JSON Schema (draft 2020-12) for each record.
- `rubric.json` — evaluation rubric definition (not applied to these records).
- `quality-summary.json` — machine-readable funnel, exclusions, and per-record check results.
- `QUALITY_REPORT.md` — human-readable quality report.

## Provenance

- Patient profiles: generated programmatically from parameter files with a fixed seed. No real patient data was used at any stage.
- Plans: generated by gemma-4-26b-a4b-it, gemma-4-31b-it (Gemma 4, via the Gemini API) from the exact prompt stored in each record's `prompt` field.
- Source fields are unmodified. Each record carries a `meethealth` block with its source line, contract fingerprint, and check results.

## Terms

Fully synthetic data, provided for evaluation of Meethealth's data format and quality process.
Not for clinical use: these plans have not been reviewed or approved by any clinician and must not
inform the care of any real person. Do not redistribute as a standalone dataset. Use of generated
text may also be subject to the generating model provider's terms.
